Reporting Bugs or Problems

To help us fix issues quickly, please include as much of the following as possible:

  • URL: The exact page or action where the issue occurs.
  • What happened: A clear description of the problem.
  • Steps to reproduce: Numbered steps so we can follow exactly what you did.
  • What you expected vs. what you saw: Briefly state the expected outcome and the actual result or error.
  • Device and browser: Device/OS version and browser/version (e.g., Windows 11 + Chrome 123).
  • Screenshots or screen recording: If available, attach images/video showing the issue.
  • Console or network errors: Copy any visible errors from the browser console or network tab.
  • Account/email: The account you were signed in with (if applicable).
  • Date/time and timezone: When the issue happened, with your timezone.
  • Sample file: If the issue relates to an upload, include the file (if you can share it).
