Platform Overview and Acceptance

Wallpaper Cropper is a user-generated content platform. By creating an account or uploading content, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including the requirement that you only submit, upload, or share content you fully own or are lawfully authorized to distribute. Continued use of the platform confirms your acceptance of these obligations.

Copyright Commitment

We respect intellectual property rights and expect all users to do the same. We will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to material identified in a valid infringement notice. Users who persistently or egregiously infringe will have their accounts suspended or terminated, and related content will be removed.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts linked to multiple or serious copyright violations may be suspended or permanently banned. We may, at our discretion, block associated emails, IP addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers to prevent continued misuse.

Cooperation With Rights Holders and Authorities

We will cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement agencies, which may include preserving, disclosing, or providing relevant user data (such as account details, activity logs, IP addresses, and uploaded files) in connection with investigations into alleged infringement, consistent with applicable law.

How to Submit a Copyright/DMCA Notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing material, send a written notice to hello@wallpapercropper.com that includes all items below. Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed.

  • Contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
  • Authorized status: A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Work identification: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, description, and, if available, registration number or proof of ownership).
  • Location of infringing material: The exact URL(s) on wallpapercropper.com where the material is located, and enough detail to allow us to locate it.
  • Good-faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy and authority statement: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to reported material as soon as reasonably possible.

Counter-Notification (If Applicable in Your Jurisdiction)

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to hello@wallpapercropper.com. Include:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • Identification of the material removed and its previous URL.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for your address (or, if outside the applicable country, consenting to jurisdiction where we are located) and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant seeks a court order, subject to applicable law.

User Responsibilities and Indemnity

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share. By using the platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Wallpaper Cropper harmless from any claims arising from your submissions, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity violations.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend access, or terminate accounts at our discretion in response to infringement allegations or policy violations, and to implement technical measures to prevent further infringement.
